Just FYI... it's poke with an E, pernounced "poh-keh." There's no diacritical mark because that doesn't exist in the Hawaiian alphabet. Please please please don't just spell it any way you THINK is accurate.

Now that I'm thinking about it though... I don't know why I didn't talk story with them and mention that the spelling was incorrect. Maybe I subconsciously thought it's just an item on the menu, is it a problem worth fixing?
